Since 1965, in the heart of Chianti, Lo Sfizio di' Bianchi offers their guests the opportunity to taste traditional specialties of Tuscan gastronomic culture.
In a rustic and welcoming environment, you can delight your palate with the typical home-made Chianti cuisine or maybe eat a delicious homemade ice cream in the charming square that was once the site of one of the most important "mercatali" between Siena and Florence.
Since some years, only for dinner, we have also been a pizzeria: dough with a minimum leavening of 48 hours, strictly hand-stretched and the best selected toppings.
Master bakers for forty years we have the pleasure of offering our customers desserts and sweets of our production, cakes for events to order.
All washed down with an inevitable glass of red wine Chianti Classico.
